Terms of Use
These terms apply to AptTour NYC, the advertising website of Jose Gonzalez, NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, with BOND New York Properties LLC. By using the site or sending a request through it, you agree to them.
1. What this site is
AptTour NYC is a website name, not a separate brokerage. Real estate services are provided by Jose Gonzalez through BOND New York Properties LLC, a licensed New York real estate brokerage. Nothing on the site is legal, financial or tax advice.
2. Listings
Listings are advertised with the permission of the owner, manager or listing broker. Rent, fees, availability, photos, videos, measurements and amenities come from them, can change without notice and should be verified before you rely on them. A listing may be rented before it is removed from the site. Every listing shows the fees a tenant would pay; no broker fee is charged to tenants for apartments on this site.
3. Showing requests
A showing request is not an appointment until the agent confirms a time and you confirm it too.
4. Using the site
- Give accurate information and use the site only for lawful purposes.
- Don't interfere with the site's security or operation, or copy, scrape or republish its listings, photos or videos without permission.
- Don't send Social Security numbers, ID documents or bank statements through the site.
5. Emails and text messages
When you send a request, you agree to be contacted by email from jgonzalez@bondnewyork.com about that request. Marketing emails, including apartment alerts you sign up for, always include an unsubscribe link.
Text messages are sent only if you tick the box to receive them, or if you text first. They are about your apartment search: replies to your questions, showing confirmations and reminders, and listings you asked for. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, START to start again, and HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of renting an apartment or using any service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your phone number and text-message consent are never shared with anyone for their marketing.
6. Privacy
The Privacy page explains what is collected and how it is used. This site does not sell personal information; see Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
7. Fair housing and accessibility
Everyone is welcome. See the fair housing information and tenants' rights to reasonable accommodations. If you need an accommodation to use this site or view an apartment, say so in any form or message.
8. Other websites
Links to other websites, including BOND New York's, YouTube and form providers, are covered by those sites' own terms and policies.
9. Changes and governing law
